Some Projects Require a Licensed Specialist
Services are limited to work that falls within our experience, insurance coverage, and applicable local requirements.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, gas-line, and permit-required work may require an appropriately licensed service provider.
If a project appears to require a licensed trade, we will explain that before scheduling or completing the work.
PREICING
Clear Pricing Before Work Begins
For many projects, we can provide a fixed estimate or estimated range from the information, pictures, and video you submit. Larger, concealed, unusual, or complicated projects may require additional questions or an onsite review.
Fixed Project Estimate
Used when the scope can be clearly identified in advance.
Estimated Range
Used when final pricing depends on onsite conditions, materials, measurements, or the amount of time required.
Time and Materials
Used only when the full scope cannot reasonably be known before work begins. The rate and expectations will be discussed first.
We will not complete materially different or additional work without discussing it with you.
FINANCING
